One of my life goals is to have my body be accepted by the Virginia State Anatomical Program for donation to a medical school for student dissection. Imagine working your whole life to accomplish this goal and missing due to a cadaver let down. Damn!
At this point I think I am in. In fact, I feel that I will be an interesting candidate for donation. At night I have 1 tube connecting me with a machine for sleep therapy and another to a night time urine collector. Yeah, I am saving wear and tear on my body as I don’t have to go to the toilet at night. Due to not having a bladder I am able to just pee whenever, let it collect in a bag and empty it in the morning. One of the great things about having my bladder removed due to cancer. It seems that students would get a kick out of my new inner plumbing and get the opportunity to see how robotic surgery did the job.
For those of you who have been opening Golden Mean (falling from 50% to 33% - not sure if this is my problem or my subscribers) you may have noticed few posts over the past several weeks. I have issues. Let me explain myself. But first this insert:
For paid subscribers wondering why they are paying for nothing, I suggest that you stop payment. Here are guides for monthly paid subscribers:

Once you cancel, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Your access to subscriber benefits will continue until then.

So I have been running with a fatigue level that is very discouraging. This has been going on for a long time. I have the Endo, the Cardio the Gastro, the Uro, the Onco, the Somno, and a great PCPo all trying to get a handle on the low energy issue. Probably could use a Psycho!
Last week I learned that I have hypogonadism! Many symptoms can accompany this condition of low testosterone. Fatigue, irritability, depression along with sexually related things. I am still frisky, that is not the problem. But fatigue, irritability and depression — I know these items.
Hypothyroidism is a partner in the fatigue business. And sleep apnea/hypopnea (another hypo) has caused extreme fatigue. So my time has been made up of irritability, low grade depression — maybe hypopression, and rear end dragging.
Maybe the news of hypogonadism will lead to some clarity and testosterone therapy that will bring new energy. In the meantime I am planning for some tattoo art to give guidance to the students exploring this forever body.
Through this time I will post occasionally. Or I may stop. I have accomplished my goal of writing tales for my children. I have posted 105 times and have a few dozen more to write along with some poetry from the past. If I stop, you have directions above for unsubscribing as paid subs. Thanks for reading and the occasional comments.
